Customer Reviews
Always reliable kitchen tools
This is my third order from GIR, this time for the Silicone Whisk and a set of Silicone Lids. Like previous purchases, the quality is consistent. The whisk is sturdy, much better than the cheap metal ones I used to have. The lids fit well on various bowls, which is super convenient. I keep coming back because their products last and perform as expected, always dishwasher safe too. It's reassuring to know what you're getting. No issues with delivery either, arrived in about 4 days.
Great value on baking essentials
As a first-time buyer, I was looking for the best deal on some silicone bakeware. I picked up the Silicone Muffin Pan and a couple of Baking Cups during a seasonal sale, which brought the price down quite a bit. Plus, I qualified for free shipping over $50, so that was a nice bonus. The muffin pan works great, nothing sticks, and cleanup is a breeze. It felt like a solid investment compared to other brands I looked at. Definitely got good value for what I paid.
Good quality, minor shipping delay
I ordered the Ultimate Spatula and a set of Silicone Measuring Spoons from GIR. The ordering process on their website was straightforward and I got email confirmations promptly. Shipping took about 7 days to reach me in California, which was a little longer than I expected but still within their stated window. The products themselves are really nice; the spatula has a good feel in hand and the silicone is very sturdy, no flimsy edges. I also like that they are one-piece, makes cleaning much easier. The measuring spoons are accurate and don't feel cheap. I had a quick question about heat resistance for one of the items before purchase and their customer support replied within a few hours, which was helpful. Overall, I'm happy with the quality and usability of the items I received.
Got a new jar scraper
Needed a good jar scraper, so I ordered one from GIR. It arrived pretty quick, like 3 or 4 days. It works well for getting stuff out of jars, way better than a regular spatula. Happy with it, does what it's supposed to do.
Love my new tools!
Got the Ultimate Tool Set and it's amazing! Everything feels so durable and looks great in my kitchen. The Spoonula is my new favorite for baking. I'm definitely going to shop here again and tell all my friends about it!
Decent tools, a bit slow
I bought the Silicone Tongs and a Silicone Ladle. Both are good quality, the silicone is thick and they feel robust. The tongs have a nice locking mechanism. Shipping was okay, it took 5 days to reach Denver. My only minor gripe is the color selection seemed a bit limited for some items, I was hoping for a brighter green. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about my order status. Overall, a solid purchase, but not perfect.

i accidentally ordered the wrong size spoonula, what's their return process like? pretty easy or a headache?
hey thinking about getting one of those ultimate spatulas, are they really worth the hype? i've got some old oxo ones but they keep getting gross where the handle meets the head.
are GIR products bpa free? i'm trying to avoid plastics in my kitchen where i can.
can you throw these in the dishwasher or do they need hand washing? lazy cook over here.
does GIR ever do sales? i'm looking at a whole set of stuff but the price adds up pretty quick.
